Mark Pawlak

Mark Pawlak is a Realtor® and co-owner of Pawlak Properties, serving Lemont, Downers Grove, and the western suburbs of Chicago. Since earning his real estate license in 2019, he has helped build a real estate experience centered on strong communication, dependable service, and smart systems that keep every step of the process running smoothly. Before entering real estate, he spent 23 years in IT development and project management, which continues to shape his strategic, detail-oriented approach to client service. Born and raised in the western suburbs and a longtime Lemont resident, Mark is deeply involved in the community. He currently serves on the Lemont Planning and Zoning Commission, is a past president of the Lemont-Homer Glen Rotary, and is an active member of the Lemont Lions Club. Through the Lemont Lions Legacy project, Mark donates his time to maintain the hive at Lemont Township and educate local students through field trips and school presentations focused on bees, pollination, and environmental stewardship.
